Sorry to hear you are having problems downloading wallpapers. Below is a FAQ of the most common problems and their solutions.

1. What size of wallpaper does my phone take?
Please go to the Find the wallpaper size for your mobile page for detailed listings of phone models and corresponding wallpaper sizes.

2. How do I download the wallpapers?
The following is a generic guide only. Your mobile phones display may be different.

Step 1 Enter the provided URL into your phones WAP browser.	Step 2 Click the link then save the file.	Step 3 Close the browser, find the file and set as your wallpaper!

3. The site doesn't display properly, what's wrong?
This is normally caused by your computers configuration. The site follows the W3C guidelines for XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2. The site should work properly in any modern browser (e.g. Firefox). A resolution of 1024x768 or higher is recommended. Some extra features require Javascript support.

4. I get a hotlink error, why?
Please go directly to the wallpapers URL in your phone, i.e. DO NOT look at a wap site then go to the wallpaper. Please enter the URL and then connect to wap to avoid hotlink errors. If you recieve this error on the free-mobile.net site, please let us know.

5. I have made some graphics, can you place them on your site?

6. I think one of your images is copyrighted, how do I get it sorted?
We make every effort to ensure all images are created by ourselves, permisson has been obtained or images come from the public domain. It is possible that we have missed an image, in which case email us with the image address and we shall remove it asap!

7. One of your links is broken. What's up?
We have software that checks the links, if one isn't working we should spot it and will sort it out. It may be a slight downtime with our host, so we recommend you always try later. If you still cannot get a link to work then please feel free to email us

8. I have a website, do you swap links?
Yes we can swap links, please see the links directory for more.

9. Why have I been charged for my image download?
Free-Mobile.net does not charge you. You may have been charged for you wap connection by your Network Provider.
